The Estate

Château Gassiot is owned by the vignobles FAURE. Alain FAURE, winemaker from father to son for 6 generations, took the succession of his father in 1970. The estate was 17 Ha, today the vineyard is 45 Ha wide. The two daughters of Alain Faure works now on the estate.

Blend

60 % Merlot, 30 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Malbec

Tasting Notes

Château Gassiot 2014 has a beautiful purple color. On the nose, it reveals aromas of red fruits. In the mouth, this wine presents a beautiful roundness brought by Merlot. Elegant, this wine is endowed with a beautiful finish.
