Tasting Notes

This dry white wine is ageing in a beautiful way, developing a bouquet of ripe exotic fruits combined with citrus notes. The attack is smooth, the texture is creamy and the finish is full of ripe fruit. A perfect match to drink with the cheese (blue cheese or any hard cheese wouls make a great pairing).
