Since he’ve taken the famillial estate\u00a0 in 1993, Eric L\u00e9glise takes the practice of a sustainable agriculture very seriously. He’ll progressively put in place some orginal agroecologic methods in his vineyard, accorded to his principles.<\/p>\n
Nowaday, the vineyard is covered with flowers in spring, furniching pollen and nectar to the different pollinating insects, bees and bumblebees, which populates this original biotop.<\/p>\n
Eric L\u00e9glise, naturalist winemaker : “Passionated by nature since my childhood, I wanted to make of my vineyard a sanctuary for biodiversity. By putting in place sustainable practices that respects the environement, I favorise the developing of a natural and local flore which will permit the blossom of a rich and diversified faun.<\/p>\n
