The history of Chateau de Seguin is very ancient and starts in 780 when the first ch\u00e2teau was built by the Count of Seguin, Administrator of the Emperor Charlemagne. The present buildings were constructed on the foundation of the old ch\u00e2teau in the 1780\u2019s.
