The Estate
In 1920, the DEROUET-BONNIN FAMILY settled in the village of Loges, in Martigné Briand, in the heart of Coteaux du Layon and ANJOU, where they planted their first vines and built a winemaking cellar … The adventure had begun.
The estate developed after the Second World War with Joseph and Aline, then, in the 70s and 80s, Christian and Thérèse established its reputation.
In 2000, Jean Christian, heir to 4 generations of Angevin winegrowers, and Sophie, originally from the South of France, finished their oenology studies and took over the reins of the Estate in tandem with the ambition to create wines both traditional and innovative.
In all humility, through work and passion, the whole family has always believed in the richness of this land, so that the story continues …
