All the wines are stored and shipped with the greatest of care from our warehouse based at the headquarters of our wine company in Lignan-de-Bordeaux, in France. Your orders are prepared with careful attention to ensure an optimal delivery. Packaging materials are certified by the carrier companies.
From 1 to 12 bottles, your order can be delivered by UPS at your home address or at UPS access point within 2 to 5 days in France, and within 3 to 7 days in other countries.
From 13 to 36 bottles, your order will be delivered by UPS at your home address within 2 to 5 days in France, and within 3 to 7 days in other countries.
Above 36 bottles, the delivery will be performed by the carrier of our choice, within 5 to 10 days.

We are pleased to inform you that we offer free shipping for any order of 300€ or more.
Delivery times: We promise to do everything possible to deliver the products ordered as quickly as possible. Delivery times are different according to the product, the shippment method and the country of delivery. Delivery time is expressed in working days and begins from the date the payment is validated.
The orders placed over the weekend and on public holidays will not be processed until the following Monday or until next business day. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (except for public holidays).
At the delivery, if the packaging does not appear to comply with the requirements, you should mention that on the delivery note. If the bottles are obviously broken, you should refuse to take delivery of the box and ask that it be returned to the sender.
