The Estate

Château Pape Clement is one of the oldest wine estates of Bordeaux region and it owes its historical name to its most famous owner: Pope Clement V. The estate is part of the Pessac-Léognan appellation situated in the Graves viticultural area. Based on a soil with exceptional components, out of the 60 hectares of the vineyard there are just 7 hectares devoted to the production of white wine.

Blend

50 % Sauvignon Blanc, 40 % Sémillon, 10 % Sauvignon Gris

Tasting Notes

A pale yellow colour. The nose reveals the notes of orange zest, pear, melon and pinapple. The palate is well-balanced, concentrated and deep, rich with exotic fruits. A very long finish with a fine acidity.
