The Estate

Chateau La Fleur Haut Carras is located near the well known village of Pauillac where some legendary Growths are produced.
Albert TIFFON acquired the estate, little by little, spreading now over 2 ha located in the village of Saint Sauveur, very nearby Chateau Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande.
The Pauillac produced by Albert Tiffon is well structured and intense, made in the very traditional know-how from Bordeaux.

Blend

50% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc

Tasting Notes

12 months of oak barrel ageing.
Very dark ruby color. Black currant notes and toasty aromas.
Long and well balanced in the mouth, with generous and ripe tannins.
A very nice Cabernet Sauvignon typical from the terroir of Pauillac.
